Living in the campus hostel gives you a very clear picture of the infrastructure. The new hostel blocks are excellent, almost like budget hotels with attached bathrooms and regular cleaning services. However, if you get assigned to the older blocks, the rooms are damp and the electrical sockets are poorly placed. The academic infrastructure is universally good, though. Every classroom has a projector, and the ventilation is decent even during hot summers. The campus security is very tight, with biometric turnstiles at the entrances and CCTV coverage everywhere, which makes it feel safe but can sometimes feel a bit restrictive when you’re just trying to get back from a late group study session.

The business program here is highly market-driven, which has both its brilliant highlights and its deeply frustrating flaws. On one hand, the academic curriculum is deeply tied to industry realities. I came to this college with high hopes regarding placements, and I’d say they were mostly met. I got placed in a reputed analytics firm with a package of 8.5 LPA. The preparation starts early with mandatory internships during the summer break. The college helps in securing these internships, though some of them are unpaid, which is annoying. The actual placement drives are well-organized, with dedicated spaces in the auditorium block for interviews.

Too good. With a new campus being constructed at Dobo, the courses will get divided among two campuses in near future. For education the college is well equipped with language lab, library, science labs and mathematics lab. The education subject is too strong in this college. I topped the Kohlan University from my batch, becoming the first gold medalist from the college. After that two more gold medalists were produced this year proving that the college exceeds in academic excellence.

As a student of the first year at BESC I can tell that this is the best college. BESC is praised for its modern premium campus facilities. All the classroom are fully air-conditioned and equipped with smart boards. Computer and science labs are modern,through some B.SC students have some pracical courses can be heavily theoretical. The college boasts a spacious, well-organized, and air-conditioned library with a vast collection of academic textbooks and reference material. The campus canteen is highly rated by students,often compared to a small, clean restaurant. Free wifi is provided in designated areas like the library and student common rooms. The campus is secured with face-recognizing CCTV cameras and maintain strict entry policies.

As a BCOM student the faculty praised as well qualified, approachable and industry ready. Calcutta University laga in semester exams. They take too much time.But the Teachers in BESC have your back always. They always try to push you beyond your limits to make you realise that you can always do better.

There are a good number of placement in BESC. Idk about the package but our seniors have got many placements. Many got internships, but not sure about the company. According to me BCOM is a very good course and the placement which the college provide is also very nice.
