Students get every facility inside the campus, from a gym, sports complex, library, smart classrooms, open air theatre, and dedicated labs. PIET also has a Dr APJ Abdul Kalam Auditorium, with a seating capacityof 500 plus students. The ATM of the Punjab National Bank is located centrally near the stationary shop and other food outlets. In total, PIET has one central cafeteria, two canteens, and one Nescafe oulet offering a variety of food options.

The BBA Business Analytics programme at PIET is run on a semester pattern anf affiliated with Kurushetra University.
