    Diploma in Mechanical Engineering is a three-year full-time course offered by the Directorate of Technical Education, Panchkula, and approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).


    Eligibility Criteria

    • Passed 10th standard / SSC examination.
    • Obtained at least 35% marks in the qualification examination.

    Diploma (Lateral Entry):

    • Passed 12th standard / ITI – 2 Year Course Approved by NVTI (Govt. of India)
    • Obtained at least 35% marks in the qualification examination.
    1. Tech (1st Year):
    • Passed 10+2 examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the chemistry / Biochemistry / Biology / IT/ Computer Science Subjects.
    • Obtained at least 45% marks in PCM (40% marks in PCM in case of candidate belonging to SC/ST) in the above subject taken together.
