SH College of Nursing, Alappuzha Facilities Details: Hostel, Campus, Infrastructure, Library, Canteen

The college has provided hostel accommodation for all students. Stay in the hostel is compulsory to meet the requirements of the course both academic and practical. During their stay in the hostel, the students will strictly adhere to the hostel rules. Students are expected to bring their own mattresses, pillows, bed linen, and other items for personal use. The cost of any damage to the hostel property will have to be paid by the hostlers. Administration/discipline at the hostels is governed by the hostel rules. Students must abide by them and infringement may result in disciplinary action i.e. termination from the hostel. Mess: All the students shall be required to join the Hostel mess. The mess fee structure is liable to change at any time.

The college has admission every student will undergo a medical examination and an annual checkup will be done for all the students. Students are immunized against infectious diseases like typhoid, cholera, hepatitis, and tetanus, whenever necessary. Medical care will be given to them in case of illness at S.H College of Nursing as per the student health scheme.

The College's Extensive library service and systematic use of audio-visual aids are available in the college to support the students in their continuous learning process. They shall follow all the rules & regulations of the concerned.

The college has an IT Infrastructure facility for the students.

The College entire hospital complex of the S.H General Hospital, Greengardens with 350 bedded multi-specialty hospital is made available to the students for the academic implication of evidence-based practice in addition to other affiliated hospitals.
