Shree Panchavati Education Society's Institute of Pharmacy, Nashik (SPESIOP) has come into existence as a pharmacy institute for pharmacy education in Maharashtra. The institute has a systematic admission process which encompasses pharmacy programmes under the SPESIOP admission procedures inducted by various bodies such as the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI). In fact, SPESIOP admissions are carried out on the basis of Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (MHT CET) – the most transparent and competitive selection process about the candidates.
SPESIOP admission schedule is directly interwoven with that of MHT CET. The next MHT CET examination of the PCB group (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) is scheduled to take place in April , for the upcoming academic year. Accordingly, all those students aspiring to gain admission are expected to make preparations towards the aforementioned date. Subsequent to the examination, there would generally follow the filling of applications, declaration of results, and the dates for counselling which would be announced by the Maharashtra state authorities.
MHT CET is the principal factor in SPESIOP admission. This entrance test evaluates the candidate both in Physics and Chemistry, with Biology/Mathematics. Serious aspirants should prepare these subjects thoroughly according to the state's board syllabuses and last year's question papers. The examination format is computerised. Candidates must familiarise themselves with this kind of format.
