Shri Baldev PG College, Varanasi is one of the old prestigious institutions in the heart of Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh. The college has an open and merit-based admission policy allowing students to seek admission to its wide-ranging undergraduate and postgraduate programs.  The college offers around 10 courses in 4 degree programs to justify the admission process done at Shri Baldev PG College for the deserving applicants in its different programs. Degree wise admission process

BA: Shri Baldev PG College offers a Bachelor of Arts course with a strength of 1,200 seats. The admission process into BA is purely by merit as per the qualifying examination marks (10+2). The total expenses of the BA program amount to Rs 11,832.

B.Sc.: A Bachelor of Science program is offered at the college. Admitted numbers are not catalogued specifically but admission to B.Sc is based on merit in the 10+2 examination with science subjects.

MA: There are the MA courses being offered in Hindi, Political Science, Mathematics, Economics, and History at the college. Each course has an intake capacity of 60 seats. It is Rs 24,000 for admission MA Political Science and Rs 7,506 for MA Hindi. Admission to these programs is highly merit-based according to the student's marks obtained in the relevant Bachelor's degree.

M.Sc: The postgraduate science programs in Mathematics, Chemistry, and Botany are available for students. Admission into such M.Sc programs is usually granted based on the performance of a candidate in their B.Sc degree in the relevant subject.
