1. Candidate should have passed Graduate and or Post Graduate/Qualifying Examination from the of Maharashtra. As regards the Minimum percentage of Marks in the Graduation and or Post Graduation, qualifying examination as the case may be, the candidates must have secured:
2. A three-year graduation degree in any faculty issued by any University recognized by UGC and following a 12+3 education pattern is a must for admission to a three-year law course.
3. Candidates who obtained a bachelor's degree from any open University with a Preparatory examination without passing HSC are not eligible for the LLB-3-year course and admission to the LL.B-3-year Course. (W.P.12192/2018 Hon'ble Aurangabad High Court Order).
4. Candidate should have completed any 3 year Bachelor's degree from any open University (recognized by UGC) after passing 12th Std. (HSC). Such candidates are eligible for the LLB- 3-year Course.
5. Candidates seeking admission into Three Year Law Courses must have passed 12th (HSC) as it is the Basic Qualification for the 3-year law course without passing which, he or she cannot be considered eligible for the LLB-3 Year Course.
6. Non-Zero Score on MAH-LLB-3 Years CET conducted by the Competent Authority. Note: The Percentage of marks shall not be calculated by rounding off to the nearest Integer
