Master of Computer Applications program focuses on providing a sound environment in computing, business operation and new trends from information technology. It is proposed to provide a modern, industry-oriented education in applied Computer Science. The department has an excellent group of experienced and dedicated staff and experts, and a desirable infrastructure and it is more concentrated on improving technical knowledge of each and every student by conducting special training classes and precise value added courses. Eligibility Criteria
Candidates who have secured 55% of marks or above in any one of the following or equivalent, are eligible to apply: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Applications / Computer Science / Information Technology or Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Corporate Secretaryship / Economics / Business Administration with Mathematics / Business Mathematics / Statistics / Computer Applications as one of the subject (or) Bachelors degree in Science with minimum of 55% marks (45% marks for reserved categories).
Admission Details
Candidates seeking admission to the PG programmes offered at this institute, under Management quota must have appeared for the Common Entrance test for Pondicherry post graduate programme (PGCET) and should also fulfill all the requirements prescribed by the Pondicherry University/AICTE/Government of Puducherry for the course.
