MVIT Pondicherry Placement Process 

• Organisations are invited to the MVIT Pondicherry Placement campus recruitment process and must notify their participation using the Placement Participation Form attached to the brochure.

• The companies must convey the detailed process requirements (number of selection rounds, panels, and process-specific needs). Also, it is expected from the hiring companies to share the Job Description with salary details.

• A PrePlacement Talk (PPT) prior to the Final Placement Process must be provided by the companies.

• The recruitment phase begins with an aptitude test, followed by a group discussion, a technical interview, and a personal interview, all of which will be conducted in accordance with corporate policy.

• The organisation representative will have to fill out the job offer form available on the campus. An offer is considered valid only when this form, is duly filled in by the representative and submitted to the placement Chairperson of the Institute.

• The Candidates who made it to the final round are given a placement opportunity by the company.

• The hired candidates receive the standard placement package.
