SVCE is a unit of the Sri Venkateswara Educational and Health Trust (SVEHT), established on 1 August 1985 with the blessings of His Holiness Sri Jayendra Saraswathi Swamigal. Dr A C Muthiah, a noted engineer and philanthropist, serves as Chairman of the Governing Council. The college is set on a 95-acre green campus.

Infrastructure of the college is very good. It is very clean and looks greenery and very lush. Campus looks very neat and tidy, situated at outskirts of the city. Every classrooms are very good and looks neat.
I have seen all the facilities and infrastructures in my college SVCE and all are good maintened, I found some issues in the computer labs regarding the systems and internet connections in it, the canteen food is good but costly , the sports club is very active in the college , classrooms and wifi is also with good connection in campus.
Our college Infrastructure is so good with good quality and equipment is top class. We are provided with all the necessary equipment and facilities. We have well equipped classrooms, halls, labs and space etc. They are also well maintained by the house keeping staff.
