CSE: Very unlikely. In recent counselling, the OC closing rank for CSE was around 18,000–26,000 , depending on the quota/region and counselling round.
ECE: If you belong to the SVU local area , you have a good chance , as ECE has closed around 36,500 in recent rounds for OC SVU candidates. If you are applying under the OC General (non-SVU/UR) quota, your chances are low because ECE closed around 27,500 .
