The Master of Business Administration (MBA) Program at Symbiosis Institute of Business Management Bengaluru (SIBM-B) aims to mould and groom future business leaders by providing them with:

• The first year of the MBA program is divided into two semesters which introduces students to the foundation subjects of management such as Economics, Accounting, Statistics, Strategy, Marketing, Operations, Organisational Behavior, Finance, HR and others. At the end of the first year, the students go for SIP (Summer Internship Program) for duration of 8 weeks. It offers an opportunity to students to get exposure to the corporate world and to put their learnings into practice.
• Curriculum design is enhanced and benchmarked through the use of Harvard Business School cases and simulations. Expertise of the faculty and the innovative pedagogy ensure the delivery of the content that meet world class standards.

• The second year of the program (comprising of third and fourth semester) offer students a chance to specialize in their area of interest.
