Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) is a five-year undergraduate programme that equips students with advanced knowledge of dental science. The programme offers insights into the classification of different surgical procedures using medical techniques. The curriculum of the programme includes subjects like Pedodontics, Oral Pathology, Oral Medicine and Radiology, Dental Materials, Dental Anatomy, Oral Histology and Community Dentistry. Students under this programme are prepared to carry out diagnostic procedures along with prevention and treatment. The programme is structured in such a way that it enables not only academic and clinical proficiency, but also fosters the rational, intellectual, and social ability of the aspirants.

SCOPE

Private practice, jobs in government and private dental institutions, attachment with hospitals, polyclinics, multi-specialty clinics, defense services, healthcare panels of different companies.

Worderful platform for learning.Our college provide all the necessary equipment for dental practice.We have hi-tech lecture room.Almost all books of dental are available in the library.All the facilities are good.Faculties are very humble.

The infrastructure of my college Teerthanker Mahaveer dental college is outstanding. Our labs are so equipped and well furnished and clean. The e-learning platform is also soo good, to intraction among all.

College Infrastructure

It has all the necessary infrastructure like library, sports centre, both boys and girls hostels, hospitals, ambulance, temple etc. Well equipped wifi facilities are there in the campus premises, in the library, in the classrooms everywhere. Moreover proper water supply is there 24*7 . They are all well used and well maintained always. The living spaces that is our rooms are properly cleaned time to time. Maids are regular in there work. Every floor has 4-5 separate maids in both of the hostels
