48 MonthsBachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Mechanical Engineering is a four-year full-time undergraduate program offered by the Biju Patnaik University of Technology, Rourkela, approved by the All India Council for Technical Education(AICTE).
Eligibility Criteria
- A student has to pass +2 science with PCM from CHSE Orissa or equivalent.
- Diploma holders and B.Sc. degree holders with mathematics as a subject to take admission in the 2nd year of their respective disciplines up to 10% of the sanctioned intake, provided they qualify in the OJEE lateral entry entrance examination.
Admission Details
The student is also required to qualify for the Orissa JEE or JEE-Main entrance examinations to become eligible for selection.

College infrastructure is really excellent. The classroom have everything starting from smart projectors to wifi.There are few food courts which provides the best food at a minimal price. The college is situated in a hilly area and have many sight seeing areas.
