Eligibility Criteria

  • A candidate seeking admission to Kamil-e-Tib-o-Jarahat (Bachelor of Unani Medicine and Surgery) Degree Course:
  • Shall have passed two years Pre University examinations conducted by the Department of Pre University Education, Karnataka State with English as one of the subject and Physics, Chemistry and Biology as optional subjects. The candidate must have obtained a minimum of not less than 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology in general and 40% for SC, ST, Cat-1, 2A, 2B, 3A and 3B Category candidates of Karnataka.
  • OR
  • Its equivalent is recognized by RGUHS, Bangalore with 50%of marks in aggregate of Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
  • Minimum Age

    Candidates should attain the age of 17 (Seventeen) years as on 1st December of the year of admission to BUMS Course. Urdu as a subject passed in the 10th Class Examination or should have passed its equivalent through any recognized madarsa.

Admission Details

As per the Department of Indian Medicine Govt. of India for Admissions to 1st BUMS NEET is compulsory.
