    TKM College of Engineering, Kollam has a Career Guidance and Placement Unit (CGPU) that assists in the smooth running of placement drives conducted by companies visiting the campus. TKM College of Engineering placement and training cell prepares students to meet the needs of recruiters by providing them with the necessary skills. TKM College of Engineering placement cell not only focuses on improving students' technical knowledge but also assists them in brushing up on soft skills, which will ultimately help them in their overall personality development. Various training programmes focusing on aptitude, quantitative reasoning, logical reasoning, and verbal reasoning are organised for students, as well as mock interviews. CGPU is well-equipped to hold training and placement drives on campus.     Looking on the infrastructure and architecture... I should say its a college with its pride. The college do have pretty good buildings and the best maintenance by the management. The classrooms are well equipped with all the facilities like mics, speakers, projectors and such necessary things for good learning and teaching procedure. The hygiene and cleanliness is better that any other college in kerala.
