    No, as of now commerce students are not eligible for B tech courses irrespective of their percentage in 12th.

    Recently, AICTE had made physics chemistry and mathematics not compulsory in order to be eligible for  your BTech. And as per new rule to be eligible for BE/BTech, one needs

    yes you can get admission in tolani arts and science college as there is no mentioned criteria about the % scored in 10+2 you just have to pass 10+2 from  a recognised board.
