The final decision would be yours considering your preferences like which College is nearer to you ,the course fee etc .But according to me you should go for AIIMS because AIIMS is a national institute and would be better then the Mysore Medical College .

But AIIMS is best for medicine

It has even less fees so choose AIIMS Jodhpur.

Initially bhu was better one as it was giving preference for internal students. But now there is no such type of internal preference so now AIIMS will the better choice plus the brand tag of aiims also works . Facilities like mess, hostel etc. have been quite old

According to previous years cut off ranks analysis which is subjective so nothing can be predicted with 100% sureity as it depends upon a lot of factors such as no of applicants to aiims , level of difficulty of aiims this year etc etc , last year cut

The cut off for MBBS in AIIMS Jodhpur for general category is the qualifying have to be utmost 50% and the expected cut off is approximately 98.75-99. The counselling process will commence from the first week of JULY 2019. Last year almost 2469 students qualified  for centralised counselling.
