is it compulsory to do previous years question paper of AIIMS and jipmer for net 2020 on not... aur NEET previous years question paper is sufficient..??

AIIMS and JIPMER have merged with NEET but it's not the other way. So the trend of the questions will remain same for NEET. You should focus on the previous year question papers of NEET. Give mock tests daily to know your preparation. You can solve AIIMS and JIPMER papers, if you wish to practice more, but the pattern will be different. So it's better if you stick to the NEET papers.
