The campus stands out for its sheer scale, stretching across a lush, 400-acre green property along the Hoshangabad Highway. It offers a peaceful environment with plenty of open space, grounds for sports, and an extensive central library stocking tens of thousands of books and rare manuscripts.
The syllabus is comprehensive and aligns well with competitive exams, though some elective modules feel like they could use an update to match rapidly shifting industry trends. Because it is a massive state-affiliated university, students occasionally experience delays in examination scheduling, results publication, or bureaucratic paperwork.
According to recent institutional data, median packages typically hover around ₹2 LPA to ₹3 LPA for engineering and management programs, with a relatively low percentage of the total batch securing campus offers directly.
