There is no official information regarding the donation struture of Bharath Institute of Higher Education and Research. Although the total fees for four years is Rs.8 Lakhs.

University of Grants Commission (UGC), New Delhi, has given approval to 34 blacklisted deemed universities which were previously blacklisted. It has asked them to start functioning again. You have to be patient and need to wait a little more, if you have the receipt then your seat must be secured then college will soon contact you either by call, email or they will send you the official call letter else you can also contact them and ask
None of the universities tell about the donation openly. You should contact the university directly.

College Infrastructure
The college infrastructure is good and provides a comfortable environment for learning. The classrooms are spacious, well-ventilated, and equipped with the necessary teaching facilities. Laboratories have the required equipment for practical sessions, and the library has a good collection of books and digital resources. The campus is clean and well-maintained, with Wi-Fi, sports facilities, a canteen, and separate hostel facilities. Super, 24/7 wifi facility and full ac in library and labs, daily sports time , in hostels also full time wifi facility,well infrastructure with clean classrooms and well equipped labs and All languages books in library are available.
