Eligibility Criteria

Must have passed class XII (or equivalent) Board examination with a minimum of five subjects and secured at least 75% aggregate marks. The aggregate marks for SC, ST and PwD candidates should be at least 65%.

Admission Details

B Tech level, students are admitted through JEE (main) Examination conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi. As per the direction of the MHRD 50% of the seats in NITs will be filled from eligible candidates of States where NITs are located and rest 50% will be filled on All India Merit basis. The admissions are made centrally by CSAB (Central seat allocation board) as per the directions of MHRD.

College Infrastructure

Infrastructure here at NITJ is one of the strongest feature as it provides students with modern, comfortable, and academically enriching environment. It's campus is about 153 acres and provides spacious classrooms. High speed wifi, Central Library, Hostel Facilities are very good. Sports infrastructure is the best including Volleyball court, basketball ground , Badminton court , Lawn tennis court, indoor sport, Athletic ground.

Overall my college is good as an engineering college .

College Infrastructure

College infrastructure is good in terms of classrooms , labs , libraries, best in sports , hostels fully equipped with wifi systems . But classrooms are smartly maintained.living places are also clean and hygienic.

Vibrant campus with clubs, fests, sports, and hostels.

Dr. B. R. Ambedkar National Institute of Technology Jalandhar has a well-developed 154-acre campus with modern academic buildings, smart classrooms, advanced laboratories, a well-stocked central library, high-speed Wi-Fi, separate hostels for boys and girls, sports complexes, gymnasium, medical facilities, student activity centers, cafeteria, and green open spaces. The campus provides an excellent environment for academics, research, innovation, and overall student development.
