iiit raipur counselling is done by josaa counselling. the basic eligibility is 75% marks in 10+2.

however previous year cutoff for computer science for obc  chattisgar quota is-86000+

for electronics and communication cutoff is-60000+.

so you have fair chances.

According to me, you should go for IIIT GUWAHATI since it is more and far better as compared to that of IIIT NAYA RAIPUR.

I am sorry to say that it is hard to get a seat in IIIT Naya Raipur through CG quota as well with JEE rank 86000 in OBC category and 72% in 12th.

Considering your rank and the previous year cutoffs of IIT , Raipur , you have decent chances of getting admission there in CS branch.
