Dear candidate, as you know EIE and Metallurgy are very different and totally opposite branches. If you have interest in circuital and coding stuffs then I would suggest go for EIE, but if you think you might develop interest in Metal branch which is really a future securing

Hello Jagan , There are no  placements for mechanical engineering  students as compared to other branches in 2020.  Placements  : About 10 out of 100 students are placed in the  mechanical  branch, and in other branches, nearly everyone is placed.

Highest placement in IIIT basar is 12 lpa while for IIIT kancheepuram  is 20 lpa. average package is 17.54 lpa and lower package is 10lpa.
