IIIT Guwahati and IIIT Kancheepuram are both highly esteemed and prestigious universities that are sought after by aspiring students.
There really isn't much difference between these two as they are the same institute only in different locations.
The faculty in both are highly experienced and punctual, the infrastructure is good in both, the placements are provided to the students, internships are also provided by the college to the students.
IIIT Kancheepuram was set up in 2007 whereas IIIT Guwahati was set up in 2013 so this gives IIIT Kancheepuram an advantage as it already has a well-established reputation among companies which attracts more of them to offer jobs to the students. 
Both are equally good institutes and you need to decide which one is better for you based on location and facilities that you want.
Based on the ranking among all IIITs, IIIT Kancheepuram is ranked above IIIT Guwahati based on their overall reviews.

IIIT DM kancheepuram(2007) is an old institute compared to IIIT Pune(2016). IIIT Pune doesn't have proper facility for food,water, facility and infrastructure. IIIT Pune doesn't even has a permanent campus. Faculty is also temporary.

None of these problems are there in IIIT DMK. Package of IIIT DMK CSE is also good. (There isn't a placement record of IIIT Pune, being a new institute)

All in all, it is not a good choice compared to IIIT DMK.

IIITDM: Placements: The placements offered were good when compared to many colleges, and many companies are visiting  college.  The highest package of 10 LPA and the average package of 4 LPA. Best placement overall. The best companies like Ashok Leyland, TCS, etc. Every student wants to do five months internship as a compulsory course. The stipend depends on the project they are doing.

In my opinion IITDM is better. Since IIIT Pune has established few years ago. But final decision depends on your convenience.

IIIT PUNE:. .  The college has tie-ups with the IT industry of Pune, and since the course structure is very good, companies started to visit the campus for placements.

There is no official announcement regarding the opening date for IIIT KANCHIPURAM but since one of my friend is studying there so he had told me that the classes for seniors will start from 15th July. So the fresers can expect is to be the first week of August for their classes.

If you have paid for the initial registration and gone for the freeze option in the Josaa counseling you need not worry anymore.

The rest of the fees will have to be paid at the time of admission or a few days before that through online payment. 

The rest of the documents are submitted directly at the time of admission.

According to their academic calendar, the classes of Indian Institute of Information Technology, Kancheepuram will commence from Monday, 22nd of July, 2019. The last date for enrolment with fine is 31st July, 2019. All the best !

Certainly if you have got a seat in IIITDM Kurnool and your family income is less than 1 lakh rupees per year then you will get full fees concession. You have to provide a income certificate for the same. However you will have to pay hostel and mess fees along with some other fees that the institute may charge for providing different facilities. These other fees are usually in the range of Rs 10,000 - Rs 20,000 per year.
