TO apply for these courses you can apply and register online through the official site of IGNOU. the second course which I mentioned is a certificate course basically but the first one if PG Diploma.

You can done Bachelor in Library science as it can be after completing graduation. Certificate course or Diploma in Library science are also avialable.

As you known that Librarian is who arrange cataloge of library and arrange the books in mist specified manner through which student can easily get thier specified book which they are looking for.

Dear Shrish, if you are joining Distance Education programme at IGNOU, attending the classes isn't mandatory. The reason you are opting for Distance Education is because you can't attend the classes regularly. The whole concept of Distance Education is to make education accessible to those enthusiastic students who want to upgrade their educational qualification but don't have the luxury of time to attend college regularly. You can attend the exams directly. 

The scope of psychology is very bright in near future. It's mainly required in schools as counselors or in forensic science field for lie detection and brain mapping tests. However for hospital s clinical psychologist are required. But for counseling purpose this qualification is fine

IGNOU offers various UG, PG and Doctoral level courses in multiple specializations under different schools through distance education mode. The university offers Master of Commerce (M.Com) in four specializations under the School of Management Studies (SOMS).

university invites applications for admission to M.Com twice a year i.e. in January and July.

 Interested candidates can register for M.Com program directly through the official IGNOU admission portal and submit the fees via Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Net Banking.

Already registered students can check their admission status by visiting the official website of IGNOU. Follow the stated steps for the same:

1. Visit the official website of IGNOU.
2. In the menu bar, click on ‘Fresh Admission’ in ‘Register Online’ tab.
3. On the next page, click on ‘Know Your Status’.
4. Enter your ‘Control Number’ and click on ‘Submit’.
5. Now you can check your admission status.

If you are seeking admission in MA Psychology programme offered by Indira Gandhi National Open University, the degree programme is offered by the School of Social Sciences of IGNOU. It is a two years duration programme.

Eligibility Criteria for admission to the course is a candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree from recognized degree.
There is no age limit to apply for the course.
