BPP course from IGNOU is Bachelor's Preparatory Programme. This course has been introduced by IGNOU for those candidates who wish to pursue higher degree course but do not have 10+2 certificate for various reasons. This preparatory course is not equivalent to 10+2 course. It is valid for admission to IGNOU’s non-formal stream of BA/ B.Com etc.

So if the eligibility of the job is to have a graduation degree then you will be eligible since the preparatory course or 10+2 certificate is not of much importance however if the eligibility is 10+2+3 educational qualification then you are not eligible since you do not have a 10+2 or equivalent certificate.

So, it will be better for you if you pursue 10+2 and then apply for any bachelor degree course from any university.

Yes,you can definitely do your MBA in IGNOU after getting your BA degree.In fact it would be best to do MBA from IGNOU,since it is among the highly rated universities.

Yes you can surely do bpp and BA both in IGNOU.IGNOU with an aim of offering education to every one came up with this BPP. BACHELOR' PREPARATORY PROGRAMME which js nothing but a kind of an entrance test which enables a student to enroll for their Bachelor's programme. Students coming from different sections of the society who were unable to complete the education can enroll for this programme and once completing this course, can further pursue their education and complete their Bachelor's degree. 

       Just pass the BPP and go for your bachelor's degree.But please kindly note that if you are doing BPP from IGNOU,then it is compulsory that you do your BA course also from IGNOU.The BPP certificate from IGNOU will not be valid for doing your bachelors in any other university than IGNOU.

IGNOU does not offer B.tech or B.tech Lateral Entry programme. If you are interested for B.tech Lateral entral Entry programme, There are many colleges offer this programme, The admission eligibility varies college to college.
