To take admission in Jindal Global Law School you need to take the LSAT exam. Admission is done on the basis of your rank in LSAT only. And they do not accept admission on the basis of your DU LLB score. DU LLb is for admission in the law centres of Delhi University only and no other college other than that.

No you can't take admission since you don't have your 10th certificate so please take that

You can get it from your board and for that you have to submit some documents and copy of your lost certificate 

First take duplicate of your lost certificate and take admission

IGNOU does not offer B.tech programme. MHRD has banned the technical education like B.tech & M.tech programme on distance mode. No Institution is permitted to offer Diploma, Bachelor or Masters level programme under ODL mode in Engineering and Technology now as these programme is not possible without Lab or practical.

Admission Procedure:-

• IGNOU offeres DPLAD Admisthrough both online and offline method.
• In online process no need to go Regional Centre for further process . Just fill the application form provide all details nd online payment process.
• In offline proces collect the application form from nearest regional centre or download it from official website  and take printout then fill the form and submit it to IGNOU regional office.
• Admission process starts twice in a year january and july.
• Duration of the course is - minimum 1year, maximum 4years.
• No Age limit
  
• Eligibility- 10+2 pass out
• Course Fee -3,000
