Eligibility Criteria for admission to MCA in IGNOU is-
Candidate should have any Bachelor’s degree of minimum 3 (three) year duration from a recognized University and Mathematics as one of the subject at 10+2 level or graduation level; else the student is required to pursue and pass the BCS12 course  concurrently  with IGNOU  MCA.
You have completed your PG Diploma but I don't think that lateral entry is an option for admission in IGNOU. However, you should contact the authorities to clarify the same.

As per the official you may  get  transfer  to  such  countries  where  IGNOU  has  its  partner institutes  and  the  program you  wants  to pursue  is in  offer  in  such Partner Institutes.  For this a list of partner institutes along with the programs

Montessori Teacher Traning course is offered in Distance as well as regular mode. Eligibility criteria for admission vary from Institute to Institute. For diploma course, generally, candidate is required to have completed 10+2.

Interior designing course is not offered by IGNoU. List of all available courses odfered shared below feom diploma to UG to PG.

You can alternatively look for Bachelor in Interior design course from Manipal University which is very good for its curriculum and hand son exposure is provided .
