If the status has already been shown as "Bounced" then it means that that particular payment was not completed. In such a case the money that has been debited will be returned back to your account. However, you will need to make another payment for confirmation of the course from ignou.

IndiraGandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has closed the portal for IGNOU 2020 registration on 25th October 2020. Earlier, the deadline for registration was 15th october 2020.

But still as you have asked the registration process then here are the steps for online registration :-

Step 1:Registration

• First Visit the official website of IGNOU (www.ignou.ac.in)

• After that Click on Online Admission Open for January - 2020 session for all Programmes'

• Then after reading the instructions click on 'Submit'

• Now Fill your details and click on Register.

Step 2:Fill in the form of IGNOU registration 2020

• Login into portal by entering your registered Username and Password

• Enter your Personal details

• Fill-in your preferred 'programme' details

• After that fill your 'Qualification' details

• View the curriculum and choose the mode of getting the study material

• After that Upload the required documents

• You can preview the filled-in application form and pay the fees by Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking

Unfortunately you are little late if you have not applied till now because the last date for admission in various UG and PG courses offered by IGNOU was 25th October '20. Now you cannot apply for admission to any of the course as applications have been closed yesterday. It is known that admissions for July cycle have been started from June 6th '20.

You can do Msc in dietitics or clinical nutrition if your bachleor degreee include zoology.However, its depend upon the college. Generally , many collge take the canditions who have bachleor degree in Bsc dietitics or bachleor degree in nutrition or combine degree in nutrition and dietitics.

Of course you can apply in IGNOU for MA Political Science  in January session of next year, you will appear for first year in December TEE of 2021 and second year will happen in December TEE of 2022, you'll receive the post graduation degree by 2023. results usually gets announced within 2-3 months of TEE, you'll receive your educational documents after declaration of results.

As your enrolled in January of 2019, hence accordingly you should have registered for this year in January which perhaps didn't happened, anyway it's not clear if you have done re-registration in July session or not,if you haven't then you have to wait till next official notification comes for it, re-registration allows you to appear for your exams hence it's absolutely necessary if you want to complete your program in due time, for more details regarding this stay updated at the official website of ignou.ac.in

OPEN MAT exam is conducted by NTA for admission of MBA/PGDM programs to IGNOU only, eligibility criteria is passed Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognized university with 50% aggregate, there's relaxation of 5% in case of reserved category. the entrance exam is conducted for three hours for 200 marks with mainly subjects such as General Awareness,English Language, Reasoning, and Quantitative Aptitude, you may visit the official website of NTA at https://ignouexams.nta.nic.in/WebInfo/Public/Home.aspx to know more details regarding this.

No, it's not possible you have to pay the yearly course fees at the time of admission only whatever mode you choose whether it's online or offline, if you're preparing for some entrance exam then focus on that only as of now, IGNOU form will come up again after few months only, usually for january cycle it commences from the month of december, if the usual schedule is followed then you can apply after few months else it can be delayed as this year due to pandemic the entire admission scheduled has been revised which has caused postponement in major areas of entire process.

Yes, as per recent guidelines candidates can now pursue degree program simultaneously, one through distance mode and another through regular mode, hence to answer your question you can definitely pursue BBA from regular mode and BA Economics(Hons) from IGNOU at the same time.
