Yes, last date of admission in IGNOU is extended till 25th October, so If you want to apply, you have to register at  https://ignouadmission.samarth.edu.in/ by providing your username, email-id, mobile number etc, later on you have to enter other relevant details pertaining to  personal and academics,upload scanned photograph, signature with required documents, and pay the requisite fee of Rs 5,400 on annual basis, the total course fee is Rs 10,800 for your course.

If you take admission in January 2021 cycle, your first TEE will take place in December of that year, and second year exam will happen in December of 2022, your results most probably will be out by February-March of 2023,and you'll also receive your marksheet and provisional passing certificate around this time. This is completely as per schedule if you adhere to giving exams on time, as IGNOU does offer flexibility in terms of TEE, many students also skip their actual TEE and appear in next one, to provide you an example if you choose not to appear for December TEE of 2021, you can appear for June 2022 TEE, the maximum time period offered by IGNOU to complete pg degree is four years.

Admission to Post Graduate Diploma in Finance Management is done through either through entrance exam OPENMAT or direct entry, the exam takes place twice a year in the month of January and July, eligibility criteria is passed Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognized university with 50% aggregate, in case of others such as ST/SC/PWD, they need merely 45% aggregate, the entrance exam is conducted in online mode by NTA, in case of direct entry applications forms are made available at the official website, for more details, check out the prospectus at http://ignou.ac.in//userfiles/PG%20Diploma(Direct%20Entry).pdf
