As you know that Indira Gandhi National Open University is the India's largest open University so first of be aware of the exam pattern and its syllabus and for that refer the previous year question paper . Then try to mark the mark important question which has been repeated many times . If you don't have more time to go through the syllabus then go through some important chapters but don't skip some chapters give them a quick review . Beside this , they provide books to prepare for the exams and those text books are enough to get ready for the exams, however preparing for exams from those text book is lengthy task and you need more time then you can go through guide books which is available easily .
At last for writing exam make sure to write neet and clean , which will help you gain good marks .

As per admission procedure of IGNOU, candidates need to submit the documents of their last qualifying examination in the form of scanned documents so unless you have this proof you cannot apply for the programme, so you have to wait for the completion of your course, then only you can apply for your preferred course

No, Indira Gandhi National Open University(IGNOU), New Delhi does not offer BA in defence and strategic studies course. The BA courses offered by IGNOU are simple BA and BA in Tourism Studies.

The university offers Master of Commerce (M.Com) in four specializations under the School of Management Studies (SOMS). The duration of the course is two years (minimum) and can extend up to five years (maximum). For admission to M.Com, a candidate must have passed Bachelors degree from a recognized university. Selection of the candidates is done on the basis of marks secured in the qualifying degree. Program fee is approximate INR 13,200 (6600 per year).IGNOU invites applications for admission to M.Com twice a year i.e. in January and July. Interested candidates can register for the M.Com program directly through the official IGNOU admission portal and submit the fees via Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Net Banking.
Eligibility Criteria
M.Com (General) is specially designed to equip students with necessary conceptual, entrepreneurial and analytical skills required for handling the Business Operation, particularly in International Business.
Eligibility: Bachelor’s degree or any higher degree from a recognized university.

MA Course Details
IGNOU offers Master of Arts (MA) in 18 specializations under different schools of the university. The duration of MA course is 2 years. MA registration for the January session is over now. For July session registration will starts from May. Candidates holding a bachelor degree from a recognized university are eligible to apply for admissions. Applications to MA program are invited twice per year i.e. in January and July.
Eligibility Criteria
They are provides more the 16 specialization with distance course facilities and minimum requirements is must be a graduate in any discipline from a recognized university for admission to the course .

Fees structure is totally different based which specialization you will choose .

BA in Islamic studies is a three years undergraduate course. Eligibility for the course is to qualify 10+2 with minimum 50% aggregate marks with Urdu/ Arabic language with one of the Subjects.

As your engineering droup out don't worry about it as the student dis continue because of some financial problems ,(ignou ) indira Gandhi national open university is best university for distance it is equal to regular education, u can take admission in ba sociology u can visit www.ignou.ac.in the admission fee was very low compared to regular education fees structure is below10k, ignou certificate most valuable distance certificate the regional office is in Vizag once u visit the above link u find everything in detail information .

Even though it is a distance learning university, IGNOU has well-furnished regional and study centers. Library facilities are specially great – they have a huge collection of academic books, reference books, and journals. There is Wi-Fi in a few of the centers, and a hygienic cafeteria for students who are on campus for extended periods.
My study center is muralidhar college which is pretty decent college. the college staff was very rude ever since i been there for the first time they were very rude even changed some rules related to studies which they were not meant to.
It is an open university so we don't have ani specific building as our college. but the study center where we are elected to was nice. The faculty was nice too. clean classrooms, good professors and staff.
