GATE score can never be 10 or in fact it can't be in double digit. IIT only provides Gate score to those students who qualifies the cutoff mark and basically cutoffs are always above 25 for general Category.

So, I don't think you can get a Gate score of 10

Both Jain university as well as Kristu Jayanti College are good for BCA course. But according to NIRF ratings Jain university is better.

Though there are other better universities as well.

Jain university has better infrastructure, placement offers, labs and education than Kristu Jayanti College.
