There is no such official cut off but getting 75% or above will help you a lot as there are many students who apply for B. Com in Jain University and the acceptance rate is 90% which is pretty good but to be on a safer side I'll say 75% above score is good enough to get you in Jain University.

Both of these colleges are good jain University and Christ University, Bangalore but I would suggest you to go for Christ University , Bangalore because Christ University have better placement cell and the faculty there is good with better exposure.

But for the course of your preference that is Btech the fees is 6,29,000 per year.
