Biochemistry is a study of molecular science that deals with living processes by considering an organism’s biological molecules like their functions and interactions with themselves as well as the molecules in the environment.
The Biochemistry course at Jain (Deemed-to-be University) is designed to provide students with the understanding of fundamental biological processes at a molecular level, contribute to solving of medical problems, and the discovery of safe and effective drugs. The highlight of the course is that, in addition to formal classroom teaching, well-planned lab sessions, and interactive tutorials, exposure to experimental tools used in the industry and research is provided through a carefully designed curriculum.
The qualification required to apply for the program is a minimum of 50% marks in the respective bachelor’s degree from a recognized university. Students who are pursuing the final year bachelor’s program are also eligible to apply.
Admission is Based on Jain Entrance Test (JET) is conducted by Jain (Deemed-to-be University).
