24 MonthsThe MA in Economics programme in JAIN (Deemed- to-be University) offers unique postgraduate and graduate programmes designed as terminal courses. The programme is integrated with International Skill Development Corporation (ISDC). The programme offers civil services coaching from National Academy of IAS (IAS Coaching will be provided with an extra cost). The programme focuses on acquiring problem-solving and critical thinking skills with a professional acumen. The students are exposed to the latest developments in the principles of economic theory, applications of theories in analysing current economic problems, tools of econometrics for applied economic research, enhanced reading, creative writing and reasoning skills to discuss elite models for decision making in policy.
Eligibility Criteria
The qualification required to apply for the program is a minimum of 50% marks in the respective bachelor’s degree from a recognized university. Students who are pursuing final year bachelor’s program are also eligible to apply.
