Maharishi Markandeshwar Deemed to be University, Mullana (MMDU or MMU Mullana) was established in 1993 under the Maharishi Markandeshwar Trust (MMT). MMDU is recognised by the University Grants Commission (UGC). MMDU is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Bar Council of India (BCI), Pharmacy Council of India, Dental Council of India, Medical Council of India and Indian Nursing Council, Council of Architecture New Delhi and The Indian Association of Physiotherapists. MMU Mullana is a co-ed institution spread over a campus size of 133 acres of land. According to the official website of the institute, the vision of the institute is to prepare students with integrated and technology-oriented education. The mission of the institute is to develop better than the best professionals for the economic development of the country.
