Realizing the increasing importance of law professionals in the world of business and corporate management, the Department of Law at MM(DU) offers this course which blends the best of both worlds – Commercial and Legal. The course explores extensive opportunities available in the world of commercial and legal practice. The students are given in-depth knowledge of every aspect of law along with skills training to communicate, both orally and in writing, to think critically and creatively, and to access, analyze, synthesize, and evaluate information. The course B.Com.LL.B.(Honors) aims to provide the opportunity in law with a combination of commerce and management.
Eligibility Criteria
Duration: 5 yrs. Pass in 10+2/ Senior Secondary Examination conducted by Central Board of Secondary Education or equivalent with minimum of 45% marks in aggregate for General Category, 42% marks in aggregate for OBC Category, and 40% marks in aggregate for SC/ ST Category The applicants who have obtained 10 + 2 Qualification from the Board of Open Schooling directly without having any basic qualifications for prosecuting such studies are not eligible for admission to the law courses
