Considering your rank in entrance exam is 366 and that your boards exam score is 92% you seem to have a good chances for admission in UILS, Chandigarh.
There are 120 seats each for BALLB and BCOM LLB in the Chandigarh campus, 60 each in regional centres. So for the Chandigarh campus if your rank in the BA LLB merit list after combination of both scores is uner 150-180 you'll have a fair chance in the first counselling itself. For regional centres too the chances are good.
And with your rank and marks in boards your chances seem good. But wait for the final ranks after combined scores to be released for a better estimate

Well, basing upon your marks and rank in entrance examination, it seems like you may not get admission into Punjab University, Chandigarh because your rank is not good enough for that in respect of no. Of seats available. However, the confirmation of your application solely depends on the number of enrolled candidates and the number of seats available in the respective college. You may also apply for other deemed universities and private colleges at the time of counseling.

There are 300 seats each for LLB in the Chandigarh campus, 60 each in regional centres.
So considering the fact that your entrance rank is quite low and your graduation marks are quite average so your chances seem less. There are not much chances for Chandigarh campus or Ludhiana regional centres. You can try for mukstar regional centre till subsequent counselling. Sowait for the final ranks to be out for a better estimate. But as of now chances seem less.

Normal as such need some improvements like smart classes Projectors and some other facility also like classrooms should have ac and modern facilites etc Libraries are good and seminar halls are well maintained

At the time of my batch the college was quite good and descent will the basic facilities and amenities available inside the campus with spacious and well painted class rooms and building the library was awesome

College infrastructure is very good and very well designed college, the main building have entrances at every side which is very good and easy for students and faculty to travel across the campus. And every floor contain two restroom for booth girls and boys on either side which is very convenient for students.
