Punjab university offers various undergraduate and postgraguation courses. Admission to these courses are done on the basis of entrance test. 

Admission of 2018 entrance test has already been conducted and result were also decleared. The counselling process will soon start from 1week of july.

Its difficult for you to get selected as the marks are too low.  35 marks are little low

However you should try for private colleges.

Dear the marks are very less but you can try with the college in person if they can provide you admission on basis of  your class 12th percentage under your quota.
