If you belongs to general category there is no possibility to get an college. Because you can't cross the cut off marks.

i got 73% marks in cbse boards and 55k rank in jee mains can i got admission in sastra university in cse brach or ece branch

Getting cse is tough still take part in counciling. But you are under any reservation category because for general 12th marks must be 75%.
