Sastra University is a reputed institution in Hyderabad. The infrastructure is amazing and the crowd is really good because of its fair admission procedures despite being a self financing college. Placements are also decent and is close to 100%. Both core and service based companies hire students. It is almost at par with top colleges of the city. Just study well and do lots of projects, internships etc to boost your job prospects.

According to me KCT Business school is the best MBA college which offers good placement. Placements can be called as the USP of KCT Business School. ITC, Coca-Cola, Zoho, Amazon, Colgate, E&Y are some the reputed companies that have visited the campus. The Salary ranged from 3.5L-12L with an average of 4.5L. 

Whereas when we talk about sona school of management and Sastra university, the college placements are not that satisfactory. Although the college infrastructure is good but there is no guarantee that all the students will get placed.

Sastra University doesn't offer free seats. But the fee here is comparatively very low. It is about 5.2 lakhs for the entire course. To know about the fee structure here, go through the link below-

Coming to your question I would like to tell you that as you are in SASTRA university as a student of first year you had already paid the required fees for the first sem as it comes under the process of the admission , now if you are decided to leave the college after the first year tha only the 1st year fees will be paid by you because the 2nd sem fee will be paid in December or January month, you don't have to pay any extra amount only the college fees you will have to pay to leave the college after one year.
