You can get fee reimbursement even for OC category but only if you have Economically backward certificate(EBC).
You may get fee reimbursement if your income is less than 1 lakh for Oc category and bc category

I would suggest that you go for BE CSE in PSG college of Technology. It would be because PSG is better than SASTRA and also because even after doing B.sc you have to study for masters to land a job. Whereas B.tech is enough to get you a good job.
It has good infrastructure with many classrooms and buildings, well equipped laboratories, a large library, and decent sports facilities. The campus is clean, green and there are monkeys too. WiFi are available in most academics areas. Hostels are well maintained , and the mess food is ok ok. I personally do not like mess food. Although it is hygienic.
College infrastructure was impressive ,it has well developed libraries and laboratories ,large playgrounds it provides bus facility to near location and it has spacious classroom,it has 3 canteen in college for various departments
My college provides a supporive and vibrant learning environment wih well maintained classrooms a spacious library and modern laboratory faciliies tht enhance both academic and practical learning.Overall my college plays a vial role in shaping students into a responsible and skilled individuals
