The rank you have achieved in Jee mains for stream 1 admission is not so hopeful for taking admission in Sastra University. Although there is no cut off or percentile marks still the 70%seats are filled up through jee mains scoring for stream 1 admission in BTech courses.But the remaining 30% seats are filled up on the basis of merit in 12class examination. There is no matching for your rank so your admission in Sastra University  chance is not so hopeful.

You must secure your rank below 23k to get admission in Sastra University, or you can get it by any type of quota if you have. Hence for getting CSE at SASTRA one has to score above 95% in 12th and above 93 percentile in JEE Main.

Your 12th marks and jee marks will decide your seat in sastra university. The merit is made based on 25% weightage of JEEmarks And 75% of your class 12th marks. So as you have calculated then your marks are good and their are some chances that you get stream 1 in good branches.

you get admission by

Stream 1 : JEE main marks + Intermediate Score (70% seats)

Stream 2 : Only Intermediate score (30% seats)

Holding a rank around 4k to 5k. you have good chances to get in to sastra using stream 1 (but you may not get cse, ece). Getting in through stream-2 with this score is almost difficult. So, you may get the below branches

ICT (Information Communication Technology)

Civil Engineering

Biotechnology

EEE

No,one application is not enough for 2seperate campuses of Sastra university one application for Kumbakonam campus and another application for Tanjavur campus .Because there are two seperate administrative office The selection process are the same but there are the seperate processing System for selection of seats of the two campus of Sastra University. It is quite hard to predict the exact situation as it depends on the number of students willing to take admission and the seat matrix of the college.

CSE is one of the most competitive branches and hence one needs really high ranks to get in.

Stream 2 is usually highly competitive as only 30 percentage of seats are filled via it. So, if you belong to the non-tamilnadu category you have a really small chance of getting into CSE.

You have a small chance of you belong to the Tamilnadu category and you have a really good chance of getting ECE, EEE and other core courses with your rank .

However you can get other engineering branches there. since You Haven mentioned your category I am assuming that you are a general. In general category one have to score 50 percentile l for qualifying the JEE mains examination.
You can apply for any stream. To get CSE in Sastra University your rank must be under 500 in stream 1 or 2 . Though the cut-off rank varies every year , still you should have a rank under 500 to definitely get CSE in Sastra University. According to your percentile, your rank in JEE MAINS is going to be above 1,00,000. Programmes at SASTRA for which 25% weightage will be given along with the +2 marks for which the weightage given is 75%. This is for 70% of the total seats. They need to enter their JEE (Main) scores, whatever the scores are.
Based on the informations you have less chances for getting admission for CSE at sastra University.

Only 30 percentage of the seats are reserved for the Stream 2. The predictions are quite sloppy as we don't have any official cutoff details from the university.

I am assuming that you belong to the All India Category.

Generally, the stream 2 closes at about 600 ranks and hence we can say that it is quite difficult for you to get CSE with this rank . You have a good chance to get into the core branches like Civil, Chemical, Biotechnology etc. Yet, if you are really Passion about CSE please keep other options open.
