yes,with this rank you can easily get admission in SVVU but there are less chances to get admission in veterinary with this rank, but in other course like Btech in dairy technology you will surely get admission.for veterinary, you can try but there are less chances.

As you got 33,800 rank in eamcet and belonging to sc category it's highly difficult to get veterinary seat in SVU Tirupati. you can try for horticulture in AU region where you have a chance to get seat. cutoffs for colleges will be different year to year based on number of students appeared for counseling etc.
