SRM Ramapuram is the second-most preferred campus of SRM University, after SRM KTR. It has a good alumni base and really considerable placement records. However, the campus life in SRM Ramapuram is not as great as the KTR campus.

On the other hand, PSIT has a good infrastructure but placement records for this college are not that good in comparison to SRM.

Therefore, it would be advisable that you join SRM Ramapuram to PSIT.

Srm university offers cse core branch and also includes it's specialisation branches in cyber security, artificial intelligence and other parallel ones. The placements at SRM University in cse branch is a good one as all the tech and consulting or analytics firms comes to its campus for recruitment.

Average package for the cse branch is around 6L per annum and microsoft,Amazon, zs Associates participate in the placements. The faculty for computer science and engineering is very interactive and supportive when it comes to helping of students.

The eligibility criteria for admission in SRM Ap is that a candidate should have secured a minimum of 60% in 10th Standard and Minimum of 60% in MPC in 12th standard. He/She should have qualified SRMJEEE/SRMAPET OR Students with 60 percentile or above in JEE are eligible for admission. Hence, you cannot get admission in SRM based on AP EAMCET.

If you compare this factors, then I would recommend you to go for SRM over Sastra this is because:

1. SRM have better infrastructure in terms of labs and hostels as well as the library and labs are very well maintained.
2. The curriculum of SRM is better that Sastra. The curriculum in SRM is well balanced among the theory and skills which gives an edge to the students in placements.
3. The placements rate for CSE is better in SRM than that of sastra.
4. The faculties in SRM and Sastra both are good but in SRM you will get faculties who have more specialized knowledge in advanced topics such as Data Science, AI, Machine Learning, Neural Networks etc.

Both colleges provide good infrastructure facilities such as spacious and digital classrooms, well-equipped labs with latest technologies, sports and internet facilities, hostel, hygienic food, library, etc. The faculty members in both colleges are highly skilled and master in their subjects. The placement record of SRM is slightly better than that of GMR for CSE. Many companies such as Amazon, TCS, Google, IK Multimedia , IBM, WorkIndia, Deleoitte, Paypal, ZS Associates, Bank Of America etc. with average salary package of 4-5 LPA and highest salary package upto 30LPA.
