Hi Surya,
Based on your SRMJEEE Rank you might mostly get Non-IT branches or less preferred branches in SRM Campuses. A s per the cut-offs set by the experts and previous year's cut-off trends your rank falls under the range of Ranks for getting Non-IT branch in SRM Main Campus.
So, for IT Branches you can try in other SRM Campuses but chances are less. Cut-offs varies from year to year and depends on many factors like number of students appeared in the exam, number of seats available, category, difficulty level of the exam, etc.
For more information about SRMJEEE Cut-offs go through below link.

May this helps you.
Best of Luck!!
Hello Pratimamomo
Hope you are doing good . With reference to your query , I want to inform you that SRM is much better options in any branch then NMIT bangalore because SRM holds 29th rank in nirf ranking and its Training placement officers in department of ECE is much and much better than ECE srm due to its high alumni network . I would like to add that quality of teaching is also much better. More than 83 percent students got placed every year with an average package of 5lakhs in ECE section and highest went around 15lakhs
Hope you found this answer helpful. Good luck for your future
Hi aspirant,
I guess you are an engineering aspirant from your profile in that case you should definitely prefer Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham over SRM institute of science and technology. Amrita college has built amazing reputation and is one of the top places to study. It is ranked 4th in university rankings and 20th in engineering by NIRF. It has a world class infrastructure with well mentioned labs and libraries. Talking about the placement records, more than 90 percent of the engineering students with an average package of 5.5-6 lacs per annum. You can read more about the college at https://www.careers360.com/university/amrita-vishwa-vidyapeetham-coimbatore/amp
The main campus of SRM University is also good and was established in year 1985. Currently ranked 41st in engineering rankings it has a huge campus with amazing infrastructure. The average package for engineering is around 4.5lpa with placement records around 75-80 percent. You can get more information about the college at https://www.careers360.com/university/srm-institute-of-science-and-technology-chennai/amp
Hope it helps!!
Hi aspirant,
There is absolutely no problems in changing your campus selection during the counselling process of SRMJEE. As per the guidelines of SRM institute of science and technology any candidate not satisfied with the seat allotted to them in initial rounds, they can do reapply in subsequent rounds by filling up their desired campus and course selection. However seat allotment in that will be subjected to your performance in SRMJEE.
Hope it helps!!
Hi aspirant,
Look, the seat allotment procedure is simply a game of demands and supply. The chances of you getting core CSE at SRM Ramapuram is descent though it depends upon some factors like-
Suppose there are 10 students who were ranked above you and were not satisfied with their alloted seats then they will get prefered over you during the next round of counselling.
Hope it helps!!
Hello aspirant,
Both SRM and KLU are unique in their own ways.SRM offers best career opportunities through placements offering high packages. KLU also offers best placements. But when compared SRM is the high rated than KLU. SRM offered 35LPA in the recent placement drive by WITS. Where KLU has highest package of 25LPA by CTC.

Dear candidate, SRM is costly if you compare it with Sathyabama Institute. Strictness is a bit more in Sathyabama, you will not get to enjoy college life much. However, in SRM there are less restrictions and you can enjoy your life. Mess food, sports facility, academics are also better here than SRM. However, SRM has a name in market so it has some reputation. If you see placements, Sathyabama is better than SRM. SRM has good placements, but many are mass recruiters. Sathyabama has better placements. Both colleges average package is approximately same but Satyabhama place more percentage of students. Faculty teachers well at Sathyabama but are too strict. It is very simple if you can bear rules and want less fess then opt for Sathyabama college else SRM. However, at last it all depends on student’s performance in that particular college, how he/she is grabbing opportunities.
Hope, it helps!
