I hope you doing good and great
With reference to your query , I would like to inform you that persuing single degree than integrated course is better option if you are doing it from priavte college. Integrated courses are of 5 years with a condition that you will get your btech if and only if you complete your mtech ,its like you are indulginf yourself in a bond whereas in btech you can look for options like jobs , top notch-college for masters, etc
Hope you found this answer helpful. Good luck for your future
Hey,
The SRM AP Campus has well-equipped laboratories, that are helpful for practical knowledge. The faculty are few of the best professionals, with international exposure and a keen interest in research and development. The campus encourages innovating thinking and supports star-up ideas, curriculum is designed in a way that encourages research and out of the box thinking. SRM-AP not only focuses on Academics, but it focuses on overall development, that’s why they have various clubs and groups to ignite the creative and innovative side in all of the students.
The infrastructure is so good and the environment is safe too. They have doctor, clinic and an ambulance available 24×7 in need of any emergency. There is no water problem too on the campus. It also has a Student Council that helps students to interact with teachers and maintain a good relation.
I hope this helps
Dear aspirant,
As you have mentioned that you will be allowed to sit in placements in Ramapuram campus only if your percentage in 12th is 60%, so let me tell you that in SRM entrance examination the minimum criteria usually stays above 50% in every college.
But I don't think this kind of criteria exists in the campus but yes it is possible that some of the companies are demanding this criteria.
But dont worry there are many companies which dont see all these criterias and will majorly look into your skills.
Dear aspirant,
All those candidates who qualified for the counselling session are advised to visit the official website of srmist.edu.in. You will get all the details regarding your counselling in phase 2.

After the successful fee payment, there is a still a bit procedure left which will confirm your admission. They will ask you to submit some documents and after verification of those you would be confirmed.

Hey,
It’s always works with VIT instead of SRM.
There are different reasons and opinions for that too. Well,it mostly depends on the course you are looking at. But in a overall concern, VIT has a smart infastructure, excellent environment and an internationally recognized university.
VIT AP is better in education but with infrastructure SRM AP is good. Good sports facility in both.
Hello,
All the colleges which you have mentioned are considered as top private institution in India and comparing them is not easy as every college is best in respective ways. The students mostly gets divided in this colleges and try their level best to get in any of this colleges mentioned above. Now in terms of ranking Amrita is little ahead as it has been given now the global ranking compare to other colleges but ya VIT, SRM and MIT are less strict and more student friendly compare to Amrita University. Now talking about Placement records than i can say that all stands together because all this institution has 90+ percent of placement records which says in itself the popularity of this colleges hence seeing all this factors now it completely depends on you that which college will be best fir you and the field which you are willing to take.
Thank you..
Hey,
You should 1st decide what you want to study.
You can't compare between to college with two different branch.select the branch in which you have more interest
Both the college are good and frankly it won't matter in which you study as all the companies which come for campus placement are almost same for both the college.
But since you are confused, I would suggest that go for VIT as the faculty is quite good an experienced and placements are quite good too.
Hello,
The SRM University is one of the best private universities due to there well experience teaching facilities and a great infrastructure so this increases the demand for the students and hence you have to score a great marks to get in here. Now the marks which you have gained is good one and as there are two campus in Chennai, one is main campus and other is Ramapuram campus and in this marks sorry to say that you have a no chance go getting seat in any of the Chennai campus but don’t worry you can definitely try in some medium level SRM campus were the chance will be higher and also you will have more and better option to choose.
Thank you..
Greetings dear aspirant
Firstly, congrats on successful completion of your SRMJEEE Examination. The cut-off trends keeps changing every year and it depends on the number of students attempting the exam, difficulty level, number of available seats, etc. Getting a CSE seat is getting highly tough these days as the demand is very much. But, with a rank around 4100, you can very easily secure a CSE or CSE with any specialization in SRM KTR Campus as the closing rank was around 9,500 - 10,500 for CSE core branch in SRMJEEE 2016. So, just apply to their counselling process and secure a seat easily.

Hope I've cleared all your doubts!!
All the best for your future endeavours
Hello,
The Marks which you have scored in you SRMJEE Entrance exam is very great and it completely shows your efforts towards that particular exam. Now talking about taking admission in main campus is what most of the students are eager for but as we all know that you require very marks in term of getting admission over there, but surely the rank which you have mentioned it shows that you have a very high and positive chance of getting seat in any of the round in main campus hence, i would only say that you should definitely go for it and CSE is also one of the core and evergreen branch with a lot of scope in future.
Thank you..
