AK Khan New Law Academy, Pune Facilities Details: Hostel, Campus, Infrastructure, Library, Canteen

The College law library is described as the ‘lawyer’s workshop’ and ‘laboratory’ for law students. The primary mission of the NLA library is to meet the information needs of the faculty and students. NLA library serves as the intellectual foundation for the students and faculty engaged in legal education and research. The library collection includes a comprehensive array of legal resources in both print and electronic forms as well as access to online law resources. The library is dedicated to providing expert services to the student community with legal research guides and looks forward to assisting students and researchers in their legal research.

The college has those who favor physical exercise, the college offers a fairly decent V.M. Gany Sports Pavilion with all sports facilities in Azam camps. A football field, a basketball court, two volleyball/ throwball courts, and a tennis court are some of the sporting facilities available on the campus. In addition to this, facilities for playing badminton, table tennis, and other indoor games are also available to the students. The playground has a running track of 800 Meters.

The college has developed an independent Computer Laboratory/ Centre. Support services and training are provided to the students so that they do not face difficulty in using computers and accessing the databases. The college has 143 computers with antivirus software. All the computers are connected to BSNL leased line internet with a speed of 800 Mbps which is shared on Campus. The College campus has a secure Wi-Fi connection with a speed of 150 Mbps through 04 routers. The College has its own computing facilities to meet the curriculum needs. Desktop Computers are also provided in staff rooms and the College library.

The College has a moot court hall in which moot court competitions are held regularly to enable the students to understand and get the experience of court proceedings. After giving proper training, students will be sent to attend an international moot. Moot Court Hall is made with the objective of giving an actual thrill of live Moot Court to the students.

The college is the Canteen Facility. Considering the locality of the campus and inflation, reasonable rates and quality of the food is an important feature of the canteen.

The college has a Gym facility for the students. There is a Gymnasium with the required amenities.

The College an extension counter of Muslim Co-operative Bank is operating.

The college has 02 Conference Halls, namely, Hi-tech Hall (Seminar Hall) (125 capacity) & Moot-Court cum Conference Hall of 120 Seating Capacity to conduct seminars, workshops, symposia, and conferences and utilizing the benefit of one centrally located common auditorium of Azam Campus named as A. R. Shaikh Assembly Hall (560 capacity) to meet the requirements of Co-curricular activities.

The college has guest house/waiting room facilities for visiting faculty and student family members.

The college has a health center with a first aid facility for the students.

The college has a boys’ hostel facility which provides good hostel accommodation for the students.

The college has a girl's hostel facility which provides good hostel accommodation for the students. There are six girls’ hostels on the premises of the campus.

The College campus has a secure Wi-Fi connection with a speed of 150 Mbps through 04 routers.

The college has a convenience store facility for students. (like photocopying facility & stationery etc.)
