Army Law College (ALC), Pune has a placement cell that provides placement opportunities to the students. ALC Pune placement cell conducts various activities to train students before the final placement drives. • The placement cell invites companies along with placement brochures and newsletters. 
• Pre-placement talks are conducted that help the student learn about the recruiters.
• The pre-screening process is conducted prior to the final interview. The pre-screening process may include group discussions, telephonic interviews and other processes that the recruiter considers necessary. 
• Further, the students will be shortlisted for the final interview process.
• Selected students will be provided an offer letter though the ALC Pune placement cell.
